We actively monitor our network for outages and often have them fixed before you notice.
^Quoted speeds are “peak” speeds & are not guaranteed. Speeds depend on factors such as time of day, location, network congestion, noise/interference, line-of-site & distance from our nearest tower. This service is best-effort.
We provide traffic management which allows us to prioritize time-sensitive traffic (e.g. VOIP and gaming) over non time-sensitive traffic (streaming/downloading) at busy times.
*A standard install includes CPE/Radio device and cable mounted on the building with no more than 15 meters of cable. The installer will go through an exterior wall to location of wireless router. Standard installs include up to 2 hours installer labor. If you require a custom install where more time or additional parts are required we charge an $100 hourly rate and per parts costs. This will be discussed with you on premise. All equipment supplied to you during the install remains the property of Wispy unless purchased directly.

Wispy phone uses Voice over IP technologies for placing and transmitting telephone calls over an IP network, such as the Internet, instead of the traditional copper network. Our phone product is a Best-Effort service.
111 Services are not guaranteed. You can call 111 for emergencies depending on power & internet availability. Your physical address won’t be presented to the operator so they will need to ask for your address. We hope to implement this asap. If you have a medical device we suggest you organize a copper landline with another provider.
